Toast has a merge clips command but I think it only works with one or two video formats (I don't know which ones) and probably not MTS. I don't know what can do it. Maybe you can find something by searching at macupdate.com or checking out the Mac forum at avsforum.com. Did the camera that shoots those videos come with any software? Can the joining be done inside the camera? Otherwise they need to be converted to h.264 and joined using iMovie or QuickTime Player.

Thanks Guru. I found an app that can do it... "Voltaic"; problem I'm having now is that it takes 2.3G of .mts files, joins them, BUT for some reason is expanding them into 30+G!!!!!

I've a query into their tech group but their OOO until after the holidays next week.

Regards.

Digital Guru--Is that a 3000 you have in your avatar? I had one when I was a kid in college. Great ride, but you coudn't get much more than 6 cases of beer in the backseat! ;-)

Great memories! It's a 100-6 (just before the 3000 model) and mine is a 2-place so there is no back seat. I can, however, fit the golf clubs in the boot. Owned it since 1972. This photo was taken in June on Vancouver Island in British Columbia.
