I don't know if anyone can help me but I'm hoping someone can & will.


My issue so far is that when the Game Capture system is all hooked up, (to xbox, tv, speakers) I have serious glitching on my tv which only midly appears on the roxio software preview window in my laptop. Also even though they're hooked up, my speakers aren't outputting audio, it's only going to my laptop. Everything is hooked up as per the instructions included & switching inputs on my tv doesn't help. The roxio system is brand new...


I know or at least have good reason to believe the issue isnt caused by my xbox tv or speakers, because all three work perfectly together without issue. That leaves only the capture card as the problem.


Does anyone know of anything I can do, or is the card just a dud?


I'm contacting xbox support to be certain unrelated issues aren't the underlying cause of problems with this but as I said that's horribly unlikely since everything but the card works fine together without any instance of glitching or audio loss.


If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it, thanks in advance.
