I Can't Get Picture On My T.v

Hello,

 

I just received my game capture hd pro today and I started to hook up and connect to my xbox 360 using HDMI cables. I plugged in the hdmi cables correctly, based on numerous tutorial videos, and then have to connection to my laptop.

 

However, when I turn on my t.v to the correct input that I have the roxio plugged into, I don't get a picture, its just a blank screen that says no signal, which usually only comes up if nothing is plugged into it. When I open up the program on my laptop, it says that there is no signal either.

 

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Use the Remote to Force your TV to the HDMI port you have Roxio connected to ~ not all will automatically switch

 

Of course Double check you wiring! (noted one here that had the line to the TV on the input side of Roxio)
