SweetGehenna
The videos I record on my Roxio HD Capture Card all have sound. But when I put the raw file in Sony Vegas to edit it, there is no audio track. Anyway to fix this so I dont have to render one video twice? It's a pain as a youtuber. The Roxio file wasn't intended to be edited in Sony Vegas. If you use Videowave Roxio's editor you don't have any problem with sound do you? Solution
Follow the instructions in the guide pinned at the top of the forum. If the MP4 muxer gives you glitch problems in Vegas(did for me), then use the TS muxer instead. Make sure to select the Aften AC3 codec under Audio, and configure the bitrate to 384.
