Videowave Wont Open - Am I Doing Something Wrong

Question

I recently purchased a roxio hd pro game capture.

 

The capturing works perfectly however i went to edit and share my video and i get a message like this!

I have tried everything!

I have reinstalled the programme from the disc. I have reset me computer and i simply do not know what the problem is!

I went to problems found with the application and found this, however not being a computer wiz i have no idea what all this means!
