Lost My Cd-Key

So for Christmas I got a Roxio Gamecapture, and I have all of the hardware setup and ready to use. Then I tried to install the software, and it asked me for a CD Key. No issue until I find that I don't have a product key. It DID NOT come on the back of the cd sleeve. I looked at the hardware and do not see a product key on the device.

 

How can I get the product key?

RGC regular or HD Pro?

 

If that is true, a bit of doubt here?

 

Return it for a replacement.

 

Show them there is no CD Key!
