No Video Signal

Hi,

 

I've been trying to get my VHS to DVD3 plus to work but I can't get a video connection. The sound is working with the audio capture software but I can't get anything with the video software. I've tried different leads and different source devices, have updated the graphics card driver and even disabled and re-enabled my Hauppauge device but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help? PC info attached.

With the Roxio USB Capture device plugged in do you see these entries in device manager?

Yes, both Roxio drives are there.
