No Tv Signal

Hi, I'm having issues with my Roxio HD Pro, I am getting a perfect signal on my Roxio on the capture programme but nothing is coming up on the TV I am using HDMI leads and I only have 1 HDMI port on my TV, I have my input from the xbox to the Roxio and the output from the roxio to the TV but nothing... The wires are fine and I can play the xbox without the Roxio being there.. Help!!

Why can’t I see the anything on TV even though I have connected HDMI cable properly between the capture device and TV?

Except for the cable connection/setup (following by the Getting Started Guide), check the following items:

  1. Make sure the USB cable is connected between the capture device and a laptop/PC. The laptop/PC has to be powered on. HDMI pass through relies on the USB power from the PC/laptop.
  2. Make sure Roixo software is installed on the laptop/PC where the USB cable from the capture device is connected to.
  3. Launch the capture application of Roxio Game Capture HD PRO software at least once. If the preview video doesn’t show up, close the application and launch it again.

Hi, at first my tv says 'HDMI Not Supported' then goes to 'HDMI No Signal' I was recording fine with it yesterday but don't know what the hell is wrong with it today??

 

If you recorded fine with those connections yesterday?
