Runtime Error? Please Help Asap

i jsut bought this today and im suoer fustrated. i ready to return the immediatly if i dont get answers tonight.

 

i hooked it all up, install cd worked fine, setup and registar ok. finally restart my computer.

upon restart. when i poen the roxio program and click the blue capture button, a second screen appears the is all white as if it were not responding. so i close the white screen and try to reopen, and get this "Runtime error" the application has requested the runtime to terminate it in a unusual way."

 

moreover, i cant find simply customer support anywhere. i should return this product for that simple reason alone. what kind of company just sells something then leaves the customer out to dry? remind me of a pack of gypsies.

 

Anyway. please help me. im looking fwd to adding gameplay to my youtube/adsense accoun and have been very anxious to get started.
