Glitchy Software?

SnackPack

Question

My problem is when I go to record my preview screen is glitching out, but my t.v. is completely fine. There's really no lag just audio/visual glitches. It always records completely fine for 1-2 minutes, then it glitches out completely until I restart recording again. Here's a video I recorded to show you guys. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMFDXiLqF9I

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Roxio really needs to reply to this issue, it's completely unacceptable and is one of the main reasons other customers aren't happy with this product(including me, I hate using workarounds sometimes). Anyways, what's your PC specs? You might have to turn your biitrate down to 10mbps(10000kbps).

Hah, "down" to 10mbps.

I still get this problem on 2!

This is absolutely unacceptable. The software is just fundamentally broken.

I'm not at home right now, but I pretty much barely meet the requirements and some stuff is most likely out dated. I'll post it once I get the chance and I've reduced the quality as low as I possibly can and there's no difference in maximum quality or lowest. My computer runs everything perfectly it's just after 1-2 minutes it just starts glitching out and I'm a competitive bf3 player. I bought this for the simple fact of how simple it is to record, so I can have my matches saved and go over everything.

I have the same problem, and I know for sure my system meets the requirements. It just kind of glitches out in the middle of the video. I got it because it was cheap my first time getting a capture, you get what you paid for. Maybe, you should get a different capture. One that isnt glitchy and can be handled with your computer.
