C++ Runtime Error

I get this message everytime I click capture. I have searched the web for hours and none of the solutions have fixed it. Please Help.


No information to work with other then "it doesn't work".


For starters post your system specs such as computer type, CPU, video card, etc.

Then it would laso help if you were to describe how you are hooked up, etc.

I think what you want to do is try a repair but make sure you do it this way...


Plug in the Capture device and Disable it in the Device Manager (Sound and Video Game Controllers)


Unplug the device and put it aside till later.


Turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. and insert your Roxio Disc, run Install


Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)


When you reach the screen where
is offered, choose that!


Then turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

My laptop meets all the requirements and I have tried all the solutions. This error comes up everytime I click "Capture".


Microsoft Visual Runtime Error C++ Library

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.


Please Help.
