Need Help :(

well i bought a roxio game capture hd pro off ebay and it wasent opened so i took it out and i put the cd into my computer but the computer just wont read the disct and when i plug the roxio into my computer it cant find the install device driver software somone help?

That certainly doesn't sound good. Does your DVD drive read other discs?

We are just users like yourself, this is not Roxio Support...

 

Look at the disc in Explorer and take a screen cap of it ~ posting info HERE

 

Do you have another optical drive you can check it on? a friends, school, public library?

 

Actually boxes can be repackaged... Is there any recourse with the seller? That may be better then flogging a dead horse
