Same way...

GameCAP Input is the HDMI or Compnent Output from your PC Video card.

Use the F6 & F7 hotkeys to start/stop capture while you are playing.

Give it a try and let us know how it works out for you ;)

You have to get it in there upstream of the GameCAP...

Meaning if you can apply a Mic to your gamebox it will be passed along. Another is to add it in at the Audio Input of the GameCAP.

It can be done for Recording but not for Streaming

Edit! It can be done for Streaming but not for Recording. (see post #10)

First of all,

what do you mean with '' upstream '' ,

Look, i wanna record a gameplay, and while i recording i wanna also record my voice on the same moment and with the same program,

I see some people are recording gameplay, and after that.. record a commentry on top of that.. but not on the same time...

Do you understand me?,

Soo i wanna record the gameplay , and while i recording i wanna also record my voice on that moment , and still here the gameplay sound.

Hope you can help me with this

Sorry for the mix up in Post #4, I was having a Stupid Flash

There are only 2 ways to get recording from a Mic at this time...

One: Use a separate recording program and Add the recording to the Captured file in VideoWave.

Two: Using a separate Amp to power the Mic and a Y connections to add in this Audio to the GameCAP - requires Component Input

If anyone has another Working solution, I am open to suggestions ;)

This is an old thread, but for future reference...

Open up Audacity (It's Free!)

Begin recording voice in audacity (make sure its working, mics not muted etc...)

Begin recording game of choice.

IN THE GAME, open up a menu (such as xbox 360 guide on the xbox or a game pause menu, and scroll through the different options, saying a number whilst doing it.

Later on, match the audio up with the gameplay, then trim off the unwanted footage and audio of you syncing the commentary and video.

Hope this helped somebody!
