Is There Another Way To Download Roxio. Without The Cd

ok, so i got my roxio came cap for chirstmas this year and i was woundering if i could download the the programming and stuff threw the web cause the disk isn't reading for some odd reason and i really want to get started on my youtube channel as fast as posible. someone please help me out! please

How exactly is the disc not reading?

i think it's my computer. but i'm not for sure my computer like spins the disk for 5min and nothing pops up or anything. i just really want start recording.

Can you look at the disc with Windows Explorer or does that fail? Can you read other discs?
