Emc 7 Doesn't Work With Win 7 - Split From Hijacked Thread

Danielthegreat

Question

I use Windows 7 32 und used Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 for a long time. Suddenly it stoped working. After deinstalling, cleaning etc. I reinstalled it. When trying to open Disc copier it says, API cannot be initialized. When opening Creator Classig, it says initiazling the Dragon-Engine failed. Drag to Disc failed, as some components were missing. The rest of the programme works. Can anyone help me?

Wow! You hijacked a 7 year old thread that had absolutely nothing in common with your problem!

You are lucky that you could even install EMC 7 in a Windows 7 computer, since it is not compatible with Win 7 or Vista. It may work some of the time, but it will eventually break as you have found out.

Thread moved.
