Project - Saved But Missing Files

Can someone let me know why when I complete a Project and Save it with all the files I imported and do not change the source video directory it gives me the "Missing Files" message and I have to try to re-link by video files to the project each time?

 

Usually it happens after I re-start my PC.

Then they are missing to IT

 

When you Link do you look at the path is gives and check it out in Explorer?
