Small Black Border. How Do I Get Rid Of It?

Hey guys. I have been experiencing an issue with a small black border with my videos. I'm seeing people say fix the settings on your TV but before i wasn't having problems with this and i never changed the settings on my TV. I would email support but i cant with the stupid priority support. If anyone can help please respond. Thanks!

What settings are you using there? (hint: if it isn't 16:9 it can't be fixed)

 

You did not say, so I am assuming it looks OK when hooked directly from your console but not so when using the Pass Through from the GameCAP???

 

Are you using Component or HDMI?
