Can't Add Iphone Videos

I have the Premium service, which I'm questioning because I only use it a couple times a year. Anyway, when I went to the site yesterday to create a photo show, I saw program had changed and updated to version 6. All went well with the new show, except that it registered my iPhone videos just as jpegs/pictures, not videos. Can anyone help? (Sorry if this has been brought up before, but it's the first time I've used the forum.) Thanks in advance!

What is the SIZE (in mb ) of those videos. They musty be smaller than 50 mb. I'm assuming that you have the right format. Are you working on a MAC or PC.

 

Suggestion if PC: Download version 6 to your computer and install it. Make your PhotoShows with that desktop version and then upload the finished version to your members page. That works better than trying to use the online version.

 

Sorry if you are using the MAC. You will have to make sure your videos are very shor t and use the on-line version.
