You can try Same As Original (YouTube will convert it anyway) or go with AVCHD 1280x720/60p (30 or higher). Like I said, YouTube will usually convert a video to its own format anyway if it isn't the YouTube standard format. I personally don't use VideoWave to edit and render my videos.
