Unreconizable Usb Port

ok, so i my disk to instzll but now that that has been done, i have more problems, last night i was recording and and i stopped and now this morning its saying the usbport is unreconizable i tryed repairing the roxio. game cap software but that didnt help please help

Your running a laptop?

 

You have the laptop plugged in when using the RGC?

 

If you want to fix it un-check it and reboot, now see it that USB port works?
