After installing a DivX update today, clicking on the Roxio Creator 2012 Pro desktop icon merely displays a mostly empty window with a frame at the bottom telling me to upgrade to the next version for a discount. This was working a few weeks ago so it might have been something else... In addition, the program is looping (burning CPU time at about 13%) and never stops. Closing the window stops everything but starting it back up gives the same scenario. I tried a repair and even uninstall DivX but that didn't change anything. I do not want to upgrade at this time - does anyone have any ideas?
