gunner696
ok, i have the Xbox hooked up to the Capture card with the HD/AV Cable and also my T.V is connected to the capture card from the YPbPr port (T.V is also HD compatible). I am not sure which console settings you want, or even apply to whether it can record in HD or not?
Jim_Hardin
Assuming RGC has "GAMECAP PRO HD" printed on it, it does HD as long as you send it HD You did not say if you have an HDMI connected to the RGC? Your Xbox MUST be set to HD output! Did you read & follow the Xbox instructions that came with it or just wing it? Your wiring is likely OK, just the Xbox setting and Quality slider in the software that are unanswered. I don't have an Xbox or I would supply a picture of the screen! Your probably with on the edge of success here, just missing one little thing
