New Cd Key

Question

I am new to this site but i need help. I purchased the easy vhs to dvd almost a year agao and downloaded it to my computer. i did not really use it and recently i tried to use and there seemed to be problems so i figured i would remove it from my computer and download it from the disc again. i did n ot realize that i would need a cd key code to use this disc. i no longer have the box which came with the disc. i see on the knowledge base that roxio will provide me with a a new key but no information about how i get this new key. can anyone help me?

The key would not be on the box; it will be on the paper envelop that the disc is in.

 

Did you register the software when you installed it the first time? If so, go to the top of this page and select "Support" and then " Product Registration . Sign into your account and you should see everything you bought from Roxio along with the key.

If you registered your original installation, the you can go here https://www.roxio.co...gin.aspx?lang

and log in and retrieve your key.

thank you but when i go there aqnd it says roxio can supply you with a new cd key. but you cannot click on that and there is no advice how to go about getting that new key. any clue?
