I've just bought the new version of Easy VHS to DVD for mac with the new app Roxio Video Capture (no Toast more's the pity).
The first video I recorded on to my hard drive went with out any trouble both picture and audio were ok but with the second video tape I only got pictures but no sound.
Anyone know what the problem might be and how I go about fixing it?
An update on my progress so far in solving my problem
The lack of sound while recording does not happen on all my home movie tapes. (they were all produced the same way).
I've reconnected the VHS player to the TV and the sound on all my tapes is fine through the TV. It's getting really frustrating now and I'm beginning to wish I hadn't bought the Roxio system.
