Roxio Capture Card Will Not Record In 1080I?

I have my HD Jacks pluged in all correctly and everything. My Xbox 360 is set to 1080i But my recordings and snap shots come out in 480. I've tried setting it to AVI, WMV, and DIVX and my input put only has the option "480p, 567p, 720p, 1080i" it doesn't let me select which one I want. Please help, thanks in advance.

The original Roxio(first one) doesn't capture in true HD. It lets you play in HD while recording in SD. The Roxio Game Capture HD Pro was released for full HD recording support.
