Any Way Of Getting The Download After I Lost My Cd?

For Christmas I got Roxio game capture and a new laptop as my old one was dead. My new laptop did not arrive until the 27 but by then I lost my CD. Luckily I still have the device itself and the envelope the CD came in! Which has the CD KEY on it. I registered my product. Can I get another download now I have registered my product or has my mum just wasted £60 on something I can no longer use. Thank you for reading.
