Convert Blu Ray To Hd Mp4 For Appletv Playback

I have an external Blu-Ray drive attached to my Mac. I would like to convert my Blu-Ray collection to my AppleTV3 in high-definition. I've looked at lots of fly-by-night software packages and have been unimpressed thus far. Will Toast 11 allow me to do this?

No. Toast cannot convert commercial Blu-ray videos.
