I just purchased the Easy VHS to DVD package (software and hardware). I've upgraded to 1.0.5 and it seems to work fine (I've not done much with it, but thus far no problems).
The issue I have is that I wanted to digitize all my old audio cassete tapes in addition to my VHS tapes. Hence I'm somewhat surprised to see that once the current set of drivers for the video capture device (which looks like it is really a USB 2861 A/D converter) the only application that can access the device is Easy VHS..
I have Toast 10 Titanium, which is what I was going to use to record the video.
- Has anyone ever seen a more generic set of drivers for the converter? If so, where?
- Anyone with Toast 11/11 Pro ever tried using it with the converter? How did it go (is it worth spending the $$ on the upgrade).
