sknis Posted January 7, 2013 Report Share Posted January 7, 2013 Did you buy it on-line or did you buy a commercial disc? Did you save the download? Look at the disc to see if there are any scratches or dirt/thumb prints. If so , clean the disc and COPY it to a folder on your computer. Reinstall it from that folder.
