OldTechieMe
Folks, This software lets me creat a project (photo slide show), added the photos, arainged then, set up the correct screen size (16:9), add my own background music. Saved my project. Then created the video version. Hit finished and later wanted to go in and make a slight change at a later time. Opened Roxio NXT and clicked on open project and it does not show up anywhere. Where the heck does this program store a project? This info should NEVER go away!! IT IS my record of what I produced. Irritated to say the least.

Videowave, myDVD or what?
OldTechieMe
Guru, I was just using NXT and the slideshow portion of the program. I did look under the options to see if I could find where the program defaults to storing a finished project but do not see such an entry. Quite puzzled as to where the "default" directory is!?!? Like ogdens asked What specific application of NXT are you using? You are not supplying much information with which to help you. Did you not take note of which folder appeared when you saved your project? Did you not give it a filename?
sknis
Search your computer for the extensions dmsd, dmsm, or photoshow, Note that if you made the slide show from the "Add Slide Show" option in "Create DVD", it is part of that project. You have to open that to edit your slide show. It is not a separate slide show file. Also you cannot use that slide show in a different project. That is why we strongly recommentd using "Edit Video Advanced" (VideoWave) to make slide shows.
