Bradstev2
I have a similar issue. I bought the game capture from amazon. My son removed the DVD from the envelope to install the software and lost the envelope. From everything I have heard and read, I now have 70 odd dollars worth of worthless cable, electronics and DVD because they will not re-issue a DVD key. What do they think I was going to do with just the software? I'm going to check out their competitors after I tell Amazon that Roxio treats their direct customers much better than someone who purchases from a 3rd party, and maybe Amazon should checkout their competitors too. You would be better off telling your son to be more careful with things. Why should Roxio be responsible for your son's carelesness? Why do you think competitors will react differently? You don't really think that 'threat' has any strength do you Amazon is pretty darned good at these things, scold your son and don't let him come in contact with your Deed or car Title Then contact Amazon Support and tell them what happend. They will refund your purchase... OR you can try Support at the top and see what happens... Sometmes you get a thinking person and not a drone who reads rules to you Let us know how you make out ~ I am curious
TheIronwolverine
I have a similar problem. I got the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro for Christmas, and loaded it onto one of the laptops in the house the same day. I did not register the product, as the laptop was going to be rebuilt. The laptop has since been rebuilt, and I was going to reload the software onto it. When I did, though, I could not find the disc envelope that had the product key. Is there any way I can get a new code or find my old product key?

undacova
Now here is the issue with you guys. You get technical support for free for the first 14 days after you register with your CD KEY. But wait you dont have that becasue you didn't register, now you have 2 options either pay $19 and get help which may still not help. Or email the customer service here https://shop.roxio.com/store?Action=DisplayContactUsPage&Env=BASE&Locale=en_US&SiteID=sonic But most likely you will get a pre determined respond telling you to contact technical support. Good luck.
