Should A Cd Software/driver Be Included In The Package Hd Pro?

If anyone can help me. I just sold a new an un-open of the Roxio HD Pro Capture device to a buyer on Ebay and he just informed me that the software/driver CD was not included in the package. Is this the way Roxio shipped this? Or am I missing the CD. The buyer is really upset. Who can help me? Thanks In advance!

Of course Roxio sells a software CD that is included in the package but is somewhat hidden. There is a sticker on the plastic package containing the hardware which states:

 

Please note that your software disc and getting started installation instructions can be found under the printed back wall insert of the box.

Thanks myguggi, he found it...he said is was hidden somewhere..He jumped the gun when he didn't find it. Thanks for the reply, very much appreciate it!
