Error 0652

Question

I have tried about 50 times to install the software for Roxio Game Capture HD Pro. I keep recieving an error code 0652. I am running Windows 8 with AMD A8, 6 GB RAM, Radeon HD Graphics. I have tried disabling firewall and anti-virus with Norton. I have also tried copying the files onto my computer and installing that way. Nothing seems to be working. Please help?
