Easy Media Creator 10 And Burn It Widget Program

I have Easy Media Creator 10 installed on my Windows xp Pro SP-3. I want to know if you can intall the Roxio program Burn It, which is a widget program to let my use your desktop widget that lets you drag an item to copy, burn, etc a disc.Are the two programs compatable or will Burn It conflict with the copy, burn program of Creator 10

I tried it and it screwed up my CD drive. Took a while to straighten that mess out. Did not try it again.

It didn't mess up my drive, but I tried it. I never could get it to work either.

Where did you see Roxio Burn advertised? Post a link. I know that this is available.

 

Roxio burn is a part of the more recent Creator packages so I know it works. I don't know if it works with EMC 10 installed. It is NOT a packet writing program.

 

Does EMC 10 have drag to disc; a packet writing program? I know some other frequent posters have EMC 10 so perhaps they will have a better answer (or will actually try it).

Steve, the last Roxio version to have Drag to Disc was EMC 9.

It's Roxio Burn.

 

Quite frankly, Creator Classic in Easy Media Creator 10 is ever so much better than Roxio Burn [which requires other monitoring programs constantly running for it to work]. IMHO you'd be better off sticking with EMC 10.
