Is it because I don't have enough free ram? Because Right now I have 3k mb of ram cached and only 200mb of free ram left. Do I need to free up the ram to have 2gb left to install?
Or is it something to do with my processor (I think that is what it is called)
Any help is appreciated. I don't want to have to send it back.
I also have the service pack 2 installed and internet explorer 8 and windows media player 11.

I think it might be my graphics card. It says it has to be DirectX 9.0c compatible or higher but im not sure how to do that. And is there a problem since I don't have any direct sound coming from my computer and I use speakers that is a problem?
