Disk Will Not Install

Why can't I download my Roxio HD PRO on my Inspiron 350?

This is the error I got.

"This operating system does not meet the minimum requirements for Roxio Game Capture HD PRO.

This product will not be installed.

Microsoft Windows XP SP2 (64-bit)

Microsoft Windows XP SP3 (32- bit)

Microsoft Vista SP2(32/64-bit)

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, or Ultimate (32/64-bit)"

Here are the minimum requirements

Minimum System Requirements:

Windows 7/Vista/XP, Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 1.8 GHz or AMD Athlon x2 64 2.0 GHz, 2GB RAM

DirectX® 9.0c compatible graphics card or higher, sound card

2GB free hard drive space for installation. 10+ GB free recommended for video recording.

Windows Media Player 11 or higher

Internet explorer 7 or 8

Internet connection required for registration, product updates and tutorials. Any Internet changes are the user's responsibility

One available USB 2.0 port

This is my computer's specs

Is it because I don't have enough free ram? Because Right now I have 3k mb of ram cached and only 200mb of free ram left. Do I need to free up the ram to have 2gb left to install?

Or is it something to do with my processor (I think that is what it is called)

Any help is appreciated. I don't want to have to send it back.

I also have the service pack 2 installed and internet explorer 8 and windows media player 11.

Additional Details

I think it might be my graphics card. It says it has to be DirectX 9.0c compatible or higher but im not sure how to do that. And is there a problem since I don't have any direct sound coming from my computer and I use speakers that is a problem?

I am also attaching my DxDiag.txt file
