Please Help...i Don't Understand What's Wrong.

I recently got a Roxio Game Capture HD Pro and when I plug it in with my ps3, tv, and pc it works fine. In other words I hook up the PS3's A/V out to the component inputs on the Roxio. Then I hook up the HDMI output on the roxio to the HDMI input of my PS3. Finaly, I hook up the Roxio to my PC and the nice purple logo light up. Vuala! A signal goes through to my TV in perfect 1080i quality. I figure I'm all set so I go and run the software I installed earlier. WTF! As soon as I run the Capturing Software for the Roxio, I lose the signal to my TV! And it comes back as soon as I exit the software! Can somebody HELP ME! I don't understand what's wrong!

Once I unhid the post, I realized you were talking about game capture pro; there is a special part of the forum for that. Where you posted has a tile that said not for discussion of Roxio products. It is important that you read in detail several responses when you get them. They will contain questions that you must answer and directions that you must follow precisely. If you don't, you and the responders will get very frustrated. Remember no name calling.! You paid for the program, we did not get anything because you did. Remember who has the greater need - you or the responders.

This is what you wrote in in post #1:

So, in the above statement you have connected the PS3's A/V out to the Roxio IN. then taken the Roxio OUT HDMI back into the PS3 IN.

 

Is this really what you did?
