No Signal - Nothing In This Forum Helped Till Now

Ok * taking a deep breath *

 

I Don`t want any! copy/paste answers from the moderators please... i`m having a hard time right now.

Fact number one: Yes! my Pc can run the program.

Fact number two: Yes! i first installed the program and then i plugged the game card in.

Fact number three: i have only 1 Game card in my hardware manager i don`t know why, i did everything i could to get both, the video and the audio drivers on my Pc ( i`m using XP )

Fact number four: Yes! i do get a signal on my TV but, the programm says that it is not getting any signal out of the card.

Fact number five: I have a Pal Xbox and a german Tv.

Fact number six: the xbox connects through a Hdmi cable to the card, The card through an Hdmi cable to the Tv.

Fact number seven: i tried everything: re-installing, deleting drivers and reinstalling, repair, i even restored my system to a point before i installed anything, it still didn`t work!

 

As you can guess i am pretty angry about the fact that i just wasted over one hundred euros on something, which might be broken. And i got even more angrier when i saw how many people also encountered this problem and the response from the moderators always the same was: " Reinstall!!! - ( hopefully he figures it out himself )... and also: if i have to install a third party program.... why the * would i need that??? it`s supossed to work without it!

 

Even though you might think that i don`t deserve help, i ask you for it. All that stress needed to go somewhere since i am sitting here for 6 hours now...

Ok after sleeping for a long time, i see that i maybe made a mistake.

Nevertheless i bought a product from your company, which doesn`t work like it`s supossed to.

I need help, and you know that. Denieing it means that you either have also no idea what i could do, to get it to work, or that you think i don`t deserve it. I still beg you for it, or else i have thrown money out of the window... i have no choice.

Please. could you help me?

NOT My Company... I am just a user like yourself, perhaps I have been with it a bit longer if you count ECD version 3

 

If installed correctly, there is on ONE entry in the Device Manager and it should look like this:

 

 

 

Your list does seem like you installed everything correctly. Only things still in doubt is your missing PC Specs & and testing the RGC with a completely different Source

 

Please Confirm that the Pass Through (RGC to your TV) is working OK? (your Fact 4)

 

And try the RGC using a DVD or BD Player as the source, AND if you can install the software on another PC somewhere for a separate test of the RGC device...

 

Edit: Just noticed that Source (Eingang) is not showing anything in your picture??? It should show HDMI...
