Easy Cd And Dvd Burning Incompatible With W8

We are the original owner of this Roxio Easy CD & DVD program. I believe it is from 2007. I recently upgraded my computer to a HP with Windows 7. I installed the Roxio program but in trying to use it I get an error message. Is this not compatible with Windows 7? Are there upgrades available to download. I'd rather not purchase a new program...I have used this one and like all the features and find it user friendly. Just would like it to work on my new computer. Thanks

Read this. I'm afraid you may have to upgrade to the newer version. Your version is so old that you can't even get a discount.

I have Windows 7...I don't believe I stated that I had Windows 8. The CD/DVD Burn program I have says copyright 19974-2007. Is there an upgrade for the Windows 7 or do I just toss this and start over with a new program?

There's no upgrade available to convert Easy CD & DVD Burning into the next version. You have to buy the next version.

You might get an 'upgrade price' or discount off the price because you're a previous user, but check with Roxio Sales before you commit your money.
