Game Capture Glitches On Software, Fine On Hdmi Passthrough

Here is a recording of the program that glitches my games. I believe that there is nothing wrong with my connections as it shows full quality on my tv passthrough.

At the end of the video i am playing the recorded video clip, but it is only a half second long.

Can someone tell me what the problem is? Faulty program? Device?

Agree. Some of us arent the best at searching forums but we are here though obviously going thru some type of trial n error here.

 

But again i am having that very same issue. It seem that when that rainbow things shown that when my audio lags or disappears. I have changed from 1080i to 480p and no luck. I have tried a vid bit rate of 15000 to 1500 and no luck.

I have completely reinstalled win 7 on my laptop and same issue.

 

My pc isnt outdated only thing like i said before it was bout in 09 and has 1.8ghz proccesser

Well, you're below the requirements which is why you're having the problem, although I do think Roxio should provide better software which will probably never happen. Also, your PC is pretty outdated considering how fast technology is progressing these days.

Is there anyway to just use the driver for the device and use another capture program

If the driver installed correctly wen u installed your software disc then you should be able to use alternate programs like xsplit and still see roxio hd pro device in the source drop down listings. Jus google xsplit, wirecast, flash media live encoder, thosr are great programs i used with my dazzle before. Hope this helps.
