Roxio Capture Audio And Video Major Issues (Highly Upset Consumer)

ok well i have a video but i see now i cannot post the video which would better describe my issues with this roxio. i am very upset right now so please excuse any mispellings and or curse words or angry behavior. i bout this thing stayed up all night. bout component cables, and plugged it up. i see video on my tv as it passes thru the roxio hd pro. purple lights on. were good there. but on my laptop in the roxio preview screen i hear sound for literally 2 - 3 seconds upon program start up then it comes back periodically for a mili second then disappears again.

 

and then second.

my video picture lags horribly slow. and at the same time will show multi colors of squares everywhere. ( nothing to do with the game or system ) i have a video ill post to my twitter my username is: ps3_da600gunnaz

 

please help i really tryna get this running and useable. like i said i put alot into this and it does nmot work right wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im having non responding issues also. Like it will open the screen and not show anything pretty in (non response) and i have ctrl alt del to close it. But i jus repaired it through the disc so ill reply bak if it responds

No sir no luck. I did notice in the disc is by def, directx 10 and there is a newer version x11. I downloaded from an official microsoft site google it. But iy mite help

Slow down, stop posting willy nilly all over the place and list your PC Spec as well as a detailed description of your setup (remember we can't see it)!

Windows 7

Acer-aspire 5532

Amd athlon 64 tf-20 1.6ghz

Ati radeon hd3200 graphics

68gb of hdd space left

3gb memory

Resoulution set to default (tried lowering default resoloution but roxio needs default )

Your computer does not meet the minimum requirements needed to run this program. Its really low end.

 

 

Yours has a single core processor, very low end graphics chipset.

 

You need a better computer.

Well last but not least can someone reccomend a inexpensive desktop. Ive searched craigslist, google, bestbuy, and neighbors and no luck. What do i ask for specifically? Alot of ppl claim that their pc is dual core but how do i kno.

Im having the same issue with video lag and the multi colored squares popping up all over the place but my computer exceeds the requirements and has worked fine in the past.

 

Anyone have an idea as to why?

Do you have a friend/co-worker or family member with some PC skills that could come over and help, then if you have problems you can get them to help you.

Well i have to say get all official sony parts nothing else. I have a aftermarket HDMI cable but that does not cause any interference in has not since I purchased it. But if u have aftermarket component then it is an issue. I I noticed that on the aftermarket component cables I purchase 2 days ago it did not have a ball like attachment to the tip of the connection piece that connects to the back side of the ps3 I will take a illustration picture to show you what I'm talking about. but I believe that particular piece Sony can guarantee that their product will work with this Roxio device's setup.
