Choose audio CD as the format in the Toast Audio window. Add the FLAC audio files. Click the burn button.

Does Toast truncate the 24bit files or Dither to 16bit?

Does Toast truncate the 24bit files or Dither to 16bit?

Audio CDs are 16 bit so that's what Toast creates. Toast does not a have super audio CD authoring option. However, it can make 24-bit PCM Music DVDs but those require play back with a DVD or Blu-ray player.
