Imcomplete Conversions

I'm having no problem transferring the Tivo shows to the Toast 11 software but when I try to convert the shows so I can synch them to my iPad (the only reason I bought this software), it routinely only transfers about half or a third of the show. It says it's the right time after it transfers, say 1.5 hours, but the transferred file to iTunes will be only 40 minutes. Could this be an issue with the iMac going to sleep? Thanks!

I've had this happen when I edited the video before conversion but not otherwise. I do the editing after the conversion now.

I am having this problem also. I can download shows from my Tivo Premiere without a problem. I can convert 30 minute and 60 minute shows without a problem. But every time I try and convert 120 minute shows it only converts about the first 15 minutes. No errors or nothing, it just stops.
