When I attempt to open a transferred video I am getting a Windows Explorer restart message. This is then followed with shutting down the application. I am attempting to view the videos in Movie Maker or Photo Gallery. Not sure why the application is shutting down. What do you believe is wrong?

Why are you trying to watch with Movie Maker (what Movie maker?) or Photo Galler (does that even play videos?)?

 

Watch the video with Windows Movie Player or get the free software player VLC (www.videolan.org).

 

Some better details on what you are doing or what you did would really help
