When I launched the Game Capture software, I received an error stating the certificate is mimissingr cocorrupt I uninstalled and reinstalled the software with the same result. I then contacted the Tech support and began a email conversation with Chromil - Customer Support Representative. Chromil stated that my problem was remanremnantragments of files from previous installations. Chromil had me download a registry editor and I follow his instructions step-by-step. Upon reboot, my system clock read 4022! That was just the beginning of my fun... I decided to do another complete system restore. Hard drives formatttformattede way down to nothing! I then restored the software environment (took a day adn a halando get all the updates!) I installed all my programs. I launched the Game Capture software, I received an error stating the certificate is missign or missing!! corrupt asked Chromil for a up to date version of the software. He never answered this request. I email back and forth and then Corel/Roxio went on a Holiday break...no replys from treplies I then received an email from Chromil stating that no contact has been made for 10 days and my case was closed! BuckWild Posted January 27, 2013 Author Report Share Posted January 27, 2013 TADA! After running the repair tool and rebooting....I was able to launch the program and it worked! Amazing....didnt do anything I have not already done! Digital...thanks for all your help and guidance..... I have not run the capture software (currently using the USB cable on my "wireless" printer....stupid problem of the printer being connected to the network and being detected by the network, but unable to connect to the network....)...will switch the cable later today and try to capture some gameplay! TITLE BAR-->DirectX 9 runtime - InstallSheild Wizard Dialog Box-->Could not load E:\DIRECTX_FEB10\dxhelper.dll I googled search for the dll and the results listed mostly bit torrents and as a result I stay away from torrent sites.... Followed the instructions and I get a pop up dialog box that says Title Bar: Certificate Processing Failed then: "Make sure you have at least one certidicate installed properly and try again." If this is your only Roxio product installed? Download revouninstaller here, http://www.revouninstaller.com/ Be careful running it in moderate mode and remove all traces of Roxio.
