Error Message When Installing

I get the following error message when trying to install Creatorcontent file. (setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products). This is on my laptop with windows Vista. I has installed on my desktop with out any issue.

Is your Vista running with Vista SP2? [That's a minimum for NXT.]

 

Is your Creatorcontent file trying to run in an inappropriate compatibility mode? [Right-click on the file, select properties and then the Compatibility tab, and examine the box which shows]
