Question

So when I first got it I installed it but the edit feature wasnt working. Roxio support told me to download direct x which I did and it started working again BUT then it wasnt capturing my video it said "no signal" even though I was able to do it before and already had a video saved. so thought it would get fixed if i uninstalled it and re installed again but it wont let me install it again. It say it has been interrupted. "Roxio game capture hd pro setup was interrupted. Your system has not been modified. To install the program at a later time please run the installation again." I'm not a tech guy so dont call me stupid for uninstalling it because to me that was common sense.

I wouldn't say that was 'stupid' at all...

The killer is right here:

Failed to load
: E:\BIN\SSupport.dll for incompatibleSuite

01/17/13 15:29:26 - Could not find incompatible suite information for '{BA7DBD3F-34B7-4872-860E-89E5B6AFA6AC}'

We have seen that in a few of the log files but I am not sure what it means or even convinced I know what to do about it ~ you may call me stupid

This is extensive, but it what I suggest...

Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges.

Turn OFF any A/V & Firewall.

Reboot and log on to that new account.

Copy your entire disc to a new folder on your HDD.

In that new folder, right click on Setup.exe and select Properties.

Under the Compatibility tab, make sure
nothing
is checked!

Right click Setup.exe and select Open.

Allow it to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio not Windows)

Use the Default Locations!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you ;)
