Roxio Game Capture Bad Graphics

Hello there any help would be most appreciated.

 

I recently purchased a Roxio Game Capture and every time i try and use it whether i am recording or not the picture in the preview box the footage after recording has really blurry graphics and it there seems to be some glitching on the bottom of the screen like white static or something similar if you understand what i mean

 

If anybody knows how to fix this i will be extremely grateful, thanks in advance
