Slope
I am running Windows 7 with SP1 installed. I also upgraded iTunes, Quicktime, and ensured I have the newest version of Creator NXT Pro. Everything works as I would hope when working with AVI files or MPG files. When I try to load a m4v (created by Handbrake version 0.9.8 (2012071700)) VideoWave will load the file like it should. You have about 20 seconds to do whatever you want then the program will hang. I can't keep the program running long enough to export the file back out. I just bought this, but never received any code to get tech assistence under warranty. I tried to get an email sent, but navigating the website is horrible. If I can get this one issue fixed, I'm a happy camper. Thanks in advance for your help. cdanteek
You could post a small sample on a website like upfordown so we can poke it with a stick. You will need to post a link to the file here. Try this for support. http://corel.force.com/support/regRequest?lang=en_US

What was the original format before converting to m4v and why are you converting?
