My Roxio Game Capture Hd Pro Stopped Working

I got my roxio hd pro for christmas and it was working fine up until the other day I plugged in the usb to my computer and the arrow that normally lights up purple turned red for a few seconds and then it turned off and my computer didnt even recognize the roxio. Please help, thank you.

With the USB Device plugged into a USB 2.0 port open device manager and expand other devices and sound video and game controllers. Grab a screen cap and post it here.
