Trying To Create Highest Quality Blu Ray

I purchased Toast 11 Pro a little over a month ago. I have installed the Blu ray plug in. I am now trying to burn the highest quality Blu Ray I can. I have 6 video clips that are Apple Pro Res (HQ) quicktime files that are about 65 minutes in length altogether. The file size of everything is about 70 GB so expect there to be compression. When I put all the clips in Toast it says that all the clips are now about 4GB. I want the files to be at the highest quality setting without that much compression and toast seems to be trying to compress everything to be in a DVD. I would like my video clips to be compressed to be at the highest quality that one Blu Ray disc can hold, just under 25GB. How can I do this. I can't seem to find a preference to control this.
